OUR MISSION
Empowering education, access to basic healthcare services and economic development for the people of Ndianda and its surroundings.
OUR VALUES
Like beacons or guides, our values guide our conduct and our actions. They are shared and put into action by everyone, every day, and for everyone.
Integrity
All communities are on the same pedestal, without religious, ethnic or social distinction. All our actions are aimed at the development and fulfilment of the whole village.
Solidarity
"All united for Ndianda" reflects this value. We pool our strengths, knowledge and skills to improve living conditions for the rural village of Ndianda and its surroundings, in the Western sub-Saharan African country of Senegal.
Humanity
IADN is called upon to support families affected by disasters such as domestic fires or floods. We are sensitive to the difficulties of the most vulnerables and intervene discreetly to alleviate them.
Commitment
Just under 10 years ago, the catastrophic drop in school academic achievements prompted us to make an initial investment in education. Since then, the positive results we've made have motivated us to increase our commitment tenfold and make teaching and education a central concern.
Respect
Respect is extremely important in developing good relationships and manners, but also, and above all, in preserving honor and cohesion. We maintain this culture both internally and in our interactions.
Empowerment
By investing in school activities, IADN encourages the schooling of young girls, thereby promoting women's education and investment in inclusive economic growth.
